The product (un)agency.

We’re not agency people. We’re product people with decades of experience delivering high quality software on-time and on-budget for startups who went public here in Boston. We’ve started the type of agency we always wanted to work with: one that aligns itself completely with you and builds easy-to-use software that delights your users and improves your business.

User experience comes first.

There is a lot of software in the world and most of it isn’t easy or pleasurable to use. We focus on the user experience first and foremost because there is huge leverage in software that people actually enjoy using. That means we’re constantly testing and making sure that every Web app we build is usable and people actually get value from it.

Technology agnostic.

Sure, we have built a bunch of applications on react and know which frameworks are best for which applications. That said, we are not a “node house” or “rails house”. At Rocket, we’ve found that focusing on the business goal is always a better bet than falling in love with the new hotness. We have strong technology opinions, loosely held, and will always advise our partners on the best technology most appropriate for the business goals.
